Our journey

2010
In March 2010, Ross Oakley established RWO Associates.
2013
RWO doubled its office space to accommodate team growth.
2016
RWO bought its own premises and opened in North Shields, Tyne & Wear.
2018
RWO achieved ISO 9001 Quality Certification.
2019
A new Yorkshire office opened in the heart of Leeds.
2020
Relocation to a new HQ on the outskirts of Newcastle upon Tyne.
2022
Services expanded to include geoenvironmental consultancy, with a new office in Stokesley.
2024
After 14 years of growth, the business rebranded and launched a new identity.
